Are there any other comments you’d like to add?

Even after just 1 session my pain was significantly reduced. The hands on approach is

wonderful at releasing the tight areas and increasing my range of motion, unlike physiotherapy

I have had elsewhere previously that focused just on exercises.

My physiotherapist explained everything as we progressed. He answered all my questions/

queries, and made me feel at ease. I did not know what to expect! But, on leaving I felt very

confident to return for my post op exercises, physio exercises.

Bhavya is excellent. He asks for and listens to feedback and always gives me the time I need to

discuss things. His treatment, explanations and advice are producing good results and leading

to me being able to excercise beneficially at home.
